Sunflex Metalloy operates two dedicated manufacturing units in Umbergaon, Gujarat, equipped with state-of-the-art forging presses, CNC machining centres, metallurgical testing laboratories and non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment. Our facility enables us to produce Welding Neck Collars and Stub End Collars from ½" (DN15) to 48" (DN1200) NB in custom sizes and thicknesses, with pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500.
